The following terms apply to wholesale clients requesting fund documentation from Tacking Point.
The Information Memorandum for the Tacking Point All Cap Equities Fund is available to wholesale clients only. By requesting it, you confirm and acknowledge that:
Item # 1:
you are a wholesale client as defined in sections 761G and 761GA of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth), or are authorised to act on behalf of one;
Item # 2:
the Information Memorandum is not a Product Disclosure Statement, is not required to contain the same level of information as a Product Disclosure Statement, and has not been lodged with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission;
Item # 3:
the information provided is general information only and does not take into account your objectives, financial situation or needs, and is not financial product advice or a recommendation to invest;
Item # 4:
you should obtain your own financial, legal and taxation advice before making any investment decision;
Item # 5:
an investment in the fund carries risk, including the possible loss of capital, and returns are not guaranteed;
